Do not ever order from this store!!!!!!!!!. It is a scam!!!!!!!!.

I have ordered a watch 3 weeks ago and it has still not left there warehouse. They keep on saying they are waiting on stock!!!!. I have opened 5 tickets requesting a refund as they have taken my money and not provided me with a watch, all 5 tickets were closed and ignored.

They will respond on this platform with a generic response, fooling you to believe they car

I am really disappointed in your customer service. We have sent numerous emails to follow up on the delivery of a watch.

We were issued with a DHL Tracking number but they confirmed nothing has left/been collected at your warehouse. Upon enquiring, we were informed that you do not have stock at your London branch and shall request the item from another warehouse(No specifics were provided as to which warehouse). How can you advertise a watch for sale knowing that you do not have stock?

I have paid customs & shipping however I do have a watch in my possession due to your error.

We have sent numerous email but have received no response. This is utterly pathetic customer service.

Can you please advise on the status of my purchase?.
