I cannot access my policy - and no help is forthcoming

It was quite difficult understanding what my options were in the beginning but when I phone back I got Connor and it was resolved very quickly. My problem is that no matter that I am a returning customer, every time I have problems reviewing the policy. I also need to download it on to a memory stick.... and pretty quickly. I keep applying for a new password and nothing happens, I phone up and nothing happens. I was assured that the documents would be sent to me and would reach me between 10 and 12 working days. In view of how slow the post is they could possibly arrive after I have left! I have tried every on-line helpdesk and get no response. I would give them 5 star on value and politeness but not on the final administration. I have checked my spam mail every time I apply for a new password.

The items are always as described

The items are always as described. All the books are clean, several do not appear to have been read. WOB is always my first choice. Deliveries have been very slow recently but that is not their fault. Royal Mail is fine as I live in a small community and they know where to leave parcels.

Excellent assessment the administration was a bit involved this time.

The young man who conducted the tests was excellent. 5 stars to him! However, the administration wasn't as good this year which is why I have given you 4 stars instead of 5. When I rang to make the appointment, it was obvious that young man I spoke to was fairly new and so we worked though it together. He did not ask me for my card number. I phoned two weeks later and asked if Bluecrest would like my money because I would like to pay. I then got a succession of emails welcoming me, do's and don'ts and giving me different times on the same date. On the actual day the very nice person conducting the tests told me I was down for two appointments, only the one I had made over the phone being the correct one. I prefer a hard copy but thought I would give looking at the on-line assessment as well. 4 attempts and I still wasn't able to get in, I was told to wait 48 hours for a new password. After another 4 attempts I received the hard copy... on the day I received an email saying that it had been passed to your technical department. I abandoned all hope of getting into the site and am happy that I have now received my hard copy. I am always pleased with the results.

Excellent service as always. Books in lovely condition. As well as being cheaper than the majority of on-line sellers I approve of their green and recycling policies.

Very helpful telephone assistants.

I had to phone the BF number twice and both times they were very helpful. I waited for 3 hours to process my booking on-line but it appears your servers were down. The person I spoke to (female) sorted out my booking in less the 5 minutes. Documentation arrived in my in-box immediately.

The books service is fantastic

The books always arrive very quickly and as decscribed. However, I have had two CDs on order, one since January. I have emailed wob but had no response as to where the CDs are. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars as their book service deserves that.

Excellent service as usual. Books as described, a fair comment on whether the books ar really "pre-loved" or new. I ordered three books and the toal cost wasmore half the price (for all three) than just one of Amazon. A win win situation as far as I am concerned. I am recommending you to all my friends.

Marvellous idea, I am telling all my friends

I found WOB about 4 weeks ago. How fantastic are their books and their service AND their prices! I have 3 books on order which normally cost £20 plus each and I got them for £9 the lot. And I can recycle any that I no longer want back to them.
