I cannot access my policy - and no help is forthcoming
It was quite difficult understanding what my options were in the beginning but when I phone back I got Connor and it was resolved very quickly. My problem is that no matter that I am a returning customer, every time I have problems reviewing the policy. I also need to download it on to a memory stick.... and pretty quickly. I keep applying for a new password and nothing happens, I phone up and nothing happens. I was assured that the documents would be sent to me and would reach me between 10 and 12 working days. In view of how slow the post is they could possibly arrive after I have left! I have tried every on-line helpdesk and get no response. I would give them 5 star on value and politeness but not on the final administration. I have checked my spam mail every time I apply for a new password.
