My transaction with Lightopia was 100% positive. Sent them an email at one point inquiring into the status of my order; within 48 hours received a comprehensive reply. After that they kept me informed every step of the way and even shipped the item two days earlier than scheduled. Will definitely, definitely do business with Lightopia again...thank you so much!

I'm in love with my pillow!

This pillow makes me so happy! No more neck and shoulder pain. Living in Las Vegas I thought a wool pillow might get too hot, but that's not the case. It doesn't overheat at all, so neither do I. I love it - I'm so glad I purchased it!
