My experiences with Simyo España was…

My experiences with Simyo España was very mixed to start with, as they didn't accept my NIE green card when I first bought a phone with them on down payment. However, after that first qinck, everything has been smooth as can be.
I ordered a new phone today at 18pm, and there was no issues with my documents what so ever, and a big plus is that it is delivered tomorrow already.

Simyo might have slow replying customer service at times, but when they get to you, they help you with what you need.

Their prices is also not beatable. They are among the cheapest when it comes to phone lines, fiber AND smart phones. Their mobile store is small, but has very fair and low prices. Far lower than the big providers here in Spain.

All in all, I am very happy with Simyo.

MAL servicio al cliente

Esta debe ser la peor empresa con la que me he encontrado en España hasta ahora. Pasan días respondiendo una sola solicitud..

Estamos en 2024 y ningún agente habla inglés. Te recomiendo absolutamente que no te registres en Axi o Access Finance.

Incluso si hablas español, el servicio al cliente es horrible.

Edit 10/10: Son realmente una broma. Me dicen que los vuelva a llamar, pero nadie habla inglés.

Zero customer service

I am being overcharged, and customer service is not answering anybody.
Their social media is full of displeased people who are not able to get any help.

God kundeservice, fremstår som legitime, entusiastiske, og kunnskapsrike på varene deres. Kvalitet er som forventet, bare til en veldig god penge! Kan anbefales for bestillinger til hele Norge.

Fast, easy and recognisable.

ID-verification was so fast, it must have been all automatic. Easy to set up order, and transfer to wallet is very fast, atleast for ETH. Fee is reasonable, and the whole process took maximum 15 minutes. I've honestly never used a service that is this fast before without already beeing verified with ID.
I don't know if I was lucky to be procceced this fast, or if they just take a copy of ID without checking it, but my only goal was the ETH, so I dont care. :)
