It was our first time travelling to Japan and we were nervous thinking we wouldn’t have any WiFi when we arrived, after alot of research I found Nomad and it was the best thing ever, we used 20gb for the 2 weeks in japan and literally ran out at the airport on our way home! My husband was hot spotting throughout the holiday! It’s very easy to set up once your phone open sim, make sure you check before you buy, the app is brilliant I was able to add on more data if needed. I thought I would run out so I added on extra data and still had my current plan so customer service was so easy and quick to deal with, they were able to refund my add on in point for future travel, highly recommend

Absolutely shocking company, I'm set to go on holidays at the beginning of September and our hotel is closed, I have sent many emails providing them with proof as I need to book another hotel, we are trying to get through to this company for over 3 weeks and it's been impossible, they give you an option to amend you hotel but nothing happens, absolutely shocking service. 0 stars if there was an option.
