I contacted customer support via the website to ask a question about the dimensions of one of their products -- quite an easy one to answer you might think, but no. I had to set up an account just to ask it and they gave me an enquiry reference number and said they'd be back to me via email. I had two or three emails from them asking me what I wanted to know or apologising for taking their time about getting back to me, but what was it I wanted to know (again). I have never come across such poor customer service in my life. I certainly daren't risk buying anything from them. I tried to log into the account just to see if they'd somehow answered my question there. My account no longer exists. I think I've been barred for having the temerity to wonder how big their pans are. What an odd company.

I ordered the wrong size but Conturve sent me another in the right size - no quibbles. I was impressed with the service and the speed.

This is my third year with Octopus. They're consistently the cheapest. Their website is very clear, everything is transparent, it's easy to submit readings. I'm very happy with them.
