Probably the best online delivery service for quality cannabis to ever exist! Customer service is top notch and delivery is fast! I’ve ordered many times and will continue, I like the selection and quality of their products. Trying something new every order is like opening a gift to myself lol….most products are top shelf quality and prices vary a cross the board. Overall great experiences and would recommend to anyone that’s thinking of ordering online.
Lied about when my package was shipped out....just be honest and there wouldn’t have been any problem. Never returned my calls and they never answer when you call, you get a voice mail that you can’t even understand! Customer service is so unprofessional, will not do business with again.

We are not guaranteeing shipping times at the moment. We understand that no Stash Shack employee guaranteed that your product would arrive in any particular date. When you first contacted us our employee saw that a shipping label was created and assumed your order was ready to be shipped.
Heavy volume in orders may have combined with our limited staff (due to COVID our warehouses are working with 1/2 the workforce) and your package may have been left for second round of pickups. This happens from time to time when order volume is high.
When you contacted us for the second time we answered (always in less than 24 hours) and gave you a very accurate estimate of the delivery of your package after we were aware of the situation.
Delays in shipping happen from time to time and we are always here for our clients to update them with the status of their orders.
Our shipping times are stated very clearly in our Terms of Service and below every item on our website. We have also placed a notice in the header of the site warning our clients of delays to our usual shipping times.
You are receiving your item in 6 business days. Our usual delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on location.
We understand a 1 day delay in your shipping time is not acceptable, and we have no problem in issuing a full refund and accepting the return you requested.
We also suggest reading the shipping terms carefully before ordering from any website.
Once again we are very sorry for your inconvenience.
