I paid my membership and purchased SL money. I've only had access to Second life one time. They took my money, and I am unable to get help logging into the platform. I am going to contact my lawyer. I have screenshots and information that will support my claim. It's unreal. My name there was CoffeeeCandy. I remembered using this site years ago and thought it was the same. It's not!

I actually believe this company is a scam, we will soon find out. I have tried to contact this company so many times with this order and have been ignored. I have all my attempted emails to this company available for a lawyer. I have been waiting for my hair to come for over 9 days and it's still at the JFK airport. I live in California. The first time I tried this company the hair was very tight and had full deep waves when I asked for loose waves. It also became very tangled. A friend suggested I try them one more time to make sure they were legitimate, and here I am in a situation where I haven't even received my hair, I'm not sure if I will receive my hair at this point. Which is fine I will get my money back. Klarna has been notified of this mess. I'm so glad I went through Klarna instead of my bank account..

I purchased this wig Feb 7, 2023 through PayPal I read the reviews before the purchase and now I know they were lies. I deliberately waited a few weeks before I made this review to make sure to give a honest and complete review. I have loads of photos however they will not let you post it while you are typing the review, I know why. The hair is not fully human. I have no idea what it is. It sheds so much I can take the hair that went into my sink and make another wig. When I curl it with my curling iron, the hair turns to the color "GOLD" as if it was burned. The hair separates from the lace and the main part of the unit, and you can actually see everything in terms of how the wig was constructed. I want my money back however it's passed the time to be able to do that. I'm so angry! It's disgusting how these overseas places get you for your money and continue to LIE about what you are getting. It's a pure SCAM. *****DO NOT PURCHASE THIS HAIR*****

I've been an Amazon customer since 2011. Amazon is not what they state they are. They treat their long time customers like trash. Amazon waited until my purchase didn't arrive to send an email at the last moment to tell me it would possibly be delivered on a Holiday. I contact Amazon customer service, the rep had an attitude like it was my fault I wouldn't get my package. Why would you inform me that my purchase would be there on the 4 of July knowing it wouldn't. I'm extremely upset. Amazon has gone down in terms of customer service.
