Discovering Chalet (GetChalet) has honestly been a real game-changer for me in short-term rental investing. The platform is sleek, easy to use, and acts like an all-in-one hub for buying, selling, managing, and even financing Airbnb properties. I especially love the free real-time Airbnb analytics—occupancy rates, daily rates, revenue estimates—everything you need to quickly evaluate opportunities.

What really sets Chalet apart is how smartly it uses AI and data-driven insights. From tracking market trends to monitoring local regulations, it feels like having a knowledgeable partner by your side.

Overall, Chalet makes short-term rental investing clear, exciting, and accessible—whether you’re just starting out or already experienced. Definitely five stars from me.

Retrieval Nightmare

While the product worked as expected, the process to retrieve and return the product was a nightmare. I paid for the rug cleaner and received a code to claim the product from the kiosk. The code did not work and I called customer service for help, but my call was timed out and had to call again. The first time I had to request a full refund because I left the store before I could talk to a customer service agent.

I went back to the store to hopefully get a rug cleaner but the same thing happened and had to call customer service. This time around customer service answered and was able to help me get the cleaner out of the kiosk.

Finally, when I went to return the product, I received a code to return the cleaner and again the code did not get work and had to call customer service to help me return the product. In all, I think I wasted 1.5 hours trying to get a cleaner and return it. Something needs to be streamlined and the codes sent online need to work without customers having to wait on the line to get the product.
