UBERSUGGEST as a one time lifetime purchase has been a nice app for us. As a small company appreciate, access to top software is big help. It's easy to use and data is quite accurate and informative.

Review of Carrefour
I bought a hot water dispenser (Tiger Corporation) from Carrefour Taiwan. It was difficult to use, an unintuitive product, and the user manual was equally confusing.
I returned the product to Carrefour. All they could tell me was that it wasn't their responsibility and that I should contact the original manufacturer (Tiger). It was really poor service, and I felt ignored as a customer - why do you (Carrefour) sell products if you can't explain how they work? You should take some responsibility.

I bought a hot water machine (Tiger Corporation Japan). It was too difficult and unintuitive to use - I tried to read the user manual but it was little help.
I took the product back to where I purchased it (Carrefour Taiwan), and wanted to return it, but they said they couldn't help (Why would you sell products that you know nothing about). They suggested I contact the original manufacturer.
How could an established company (Tiger) with decades of experience be putting out unintuitive products and substandard user manuals. Goes to show that companies get too big and lose their focus.
Thoroughly frustrated.

I've had a lot of interaction with SG support over last 8 months and they've been everything that I read about online prior to signing up with them. I took a Static Site to a CMS (WP) site for the first time. And even though SG didn't have hold my hand every step, they were still always available, especially their chat services (very good response times). They are professional, nice and most of all, they are extremely well trained, which must be difficult for web server tech support for such a global customer based. Impressed and thankful. Sam
