Taking my SELT test has been easy and straightforward with Trinity - Edinburgh. Good facilities and welcoming staff. Katya was my steward and guided me through the process, she was amazing and thorough, everything was explained very clearly and she was very nice and professional.
Nick did my registration and checks, he was also great, very professional and efficient. Both Katya and Nick provided a great service and made my experience smooth and easy. Couldn't recommend more.

We made a big order for a dinner with friends and we received three drinks and one burger.. The driver doesn't know anything, the restaurant doesn't even answer and Uber eats give us a refund of £4.37 which basically just cover for the delivery cost of £3.99... The only way to get in touch with someone is their live chat where nobody is interested in understanding what the simple problem is: terrible service and most of all, the refund doesn't match the value of the items missing.
Absolute disgrace.

I had a delivery issue - delay and not receiving any delivery update- with hermes.. Sarah was professional, very helpful and she managed to solve my problem in few minutes.
I'm very glad that the customer service was so good however you should consider a delivery company more efficient than Hermes
