I had my Ghost Immobiliser 2 fitted by Adam Smith. I wasn’t able to be with the car when he arrived, however he took care of my vehicle, installing door protectors aswell just to be safe incase anything was to come into contact, he treated it as if it was his own which goes a very long way with me, as my car is my pride and joy.

I had Adam come and fit my Ghost immobiliser for me on a Thursday, I had explained to their bookings team that I would be at work and to please let the engineer call me so I could discuss with him about the install.

Adam took great care of my car, where it was parked was a little awkward to work around having the doors opening (considering it’s a coupe, the doors are extra long) he installed some protective edge to save my doors, and also didn’t want to move my car to save potentially marking my wheels or the body kit. A lot of people, I feel would have taken the opportunity to cut some corners considering they would be working without the peer pressure of someone there, but Adam still respected my car even though I wasn’t present.

This goes a long way for me, as my car is my pride and joy and I’m not one to hand my keys over easily. The video was easy and detailed, and I’m very happy with Adam and Safe & Sound Essex.

Had a few issues with my order, a lot of back and forth confusion and unfortunately they were unable to find me an appointment, but I was assisted by a very helpful member of staff and I changed my order to be mailed, so I could arrange the tyres to be fitted myself.

Driver was very patient and polite, delivery time was under 12 hours from order placed. Absolute excellent service from DPD, can’t fault them at all.

Absolute joke. They had quoted me £265 for my IPhone 11 Pro which I was happy with. Sent it off, only for them to turn around and tell me my screen is cracked, and they would only offer me £79! I declined their offer, had the phone sent back to me and upon inspection, there’s no crack at all, the screen is in perfect condition. Not only that, I sent my phone away with the box and some contents inside that came with the phone, but now they are missing. They couldn’t even be bothered to at least switch the phone off when returning it, of course it’s just left on. DO NOT CONSIDER THESE CLOWNS.

Making the advert was easy and it got the attention that was needed to lead to a simple, quick sale.

Was excellent. Driver was on time and professional, not to mention that I ordered my parcel which stated it would be from 3-5 days, only to end up as next day delivery!

I was able to track my parcel and due to circumstances with work, I was able to change my address and was delivered in brilliant time. 1 hour time slots have always been accurate.
