The team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Josh and his colleague packed up my whole 2 bedroom flat so quickly and carefully and made what could have been a really stressful day feel easy. They were so kind, courteous and genuinely gentlemanly throughout - really respectful and thoughtful with both me and my things. Everything arrived safe and sound and they went above and beyond to make sure I was settled. Honestly such a great experience, I’d use them again in a heartbeat and happily recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Karen at Sofa Club in Hertford. She was extremely friendly, professional and really knew her stuff! She listened attentively to what I needed style, comfort and budget wise - she helped me find the perfect sofa without being pushy. She explained the difference between models and materials clearly and answered all my questions with patience. The buying process was extremely smooth. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Karen and Sofa Club to anyone shopping for a new sofa!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company has essentially stolen from me. I ordered a tap over 2months ago which has not been shipped. They sent me another confirmation of order email last week. They never reply to emails. They are just a terrible company and I regret ever buying from them. I genuinely feel robbed. I have requested a refund many many times and no one has replied. I have never been so disappointed. Please avoid at all costs
