After several attempts to find a jeweller to fix and resize my father’s ring we managed to find Jewellery Repairs UK. The ring was given to my father by his mother and meant the world to him. A couple of jewellers tried to fix the ring but it always broke again. This small Jewellery business have gone to the trouble of making sure the ring is back to its original condition and it looks amazing. My father is absolutely delighted and at 86 years old that is a picture in itself. Well done you two keep up the good work 👍 highly recommended.
Extremely poor customer service and no satisfactory solution. Recently returned from Dominican Republic aboard a TUI Dreamliner. Unfortunately the flight was delayed by 50 minutes so to avoid missing the revised take off slot we were asked to take any seats that were available rather than wasting time trying to get to our prepaid seats. So we didn’t get the seats we had paid for or sat together. The pilot apologised but assured that we would be refunded on our return so long as we reported the issue with TUI. We did this on our return but were told that all we could get was an apology. TUI would not move from this position. This is unacceptable and very concerning. We had other issues with our outbound and inbound flights and again TUI, whilst apologising, refused to take any further action. We were not the only couple to experience issues with this holiday and TUI have been very disappointing with the way they have treated people.

Once again UBER fail to satisfy. Blame McDonald’s for items missing but UBER Driver is supposed to check. Refunds promised but never received. No wonder they get poor reviews. 4 times we have been promised refunds and not received anything.
After several communications for samples we still haven’t received what we had requested. Online Order, Email and Telephone conversations have taken place with no success. Promises were made by this company and never kept. We had anticipated making an order with this company but have now changed our mind because we have no confidence that they can deliver the correct items or in time to complete the job. I would not recommend this company. Appalling service. UPDATE: As requested I sent an email to reviews at Porcelanosa and to my surprise no reply. I have requested the same sample 3 times via their website, via email and verbally over the phone. 23 days later still nothing. Looking at other feedback I’m not alone in my criticism of this Company. Be aware that their response to reviews on Trustpilot is to email their reviews Department but don’t be surprised if they don’t reply. New Management required to resolve these customer services issues.
