My Boston has always had issues with his diet. We put him on a hypoallergenic food that solved his issues but he didn’t like it. I changed him to Pure - turkey and salmon varieties and he’s absolutely loves it. It’s so lovely to see him enjoying his food - which is also great for his stomach and skin issues. So pleased.

Moved to Octopus when previous provider went into liquidation. Octopus have managed to do what previous company couldn’t be bothered to do. I’m am so pleased with their customer service (Lauren). We now have new meters and our in-house display works perfectly also. Lauren arranged everything and followed it through and made sure it worked properly. Nothing was too much trouble and I am extremely grateful. Good customer service is quite rare these days as most people aren’t really into their jobs and just don’t care. Thank you Lauren and thank you Octopus.

Received my rug in good time and kept up to date regarding the delivery. Rug is as good as expected and the non-slip padded under rug as great as the rug is on wooden floor and it doesn’t move at all.

Thought I would struggle with this diet but can honestly say that so far I haven’t (5 days in). I don’t feel hungry either which is an added bonus. I’m glad of the 150ml skimmed milk so at least I can have cups of tea. I feel much lighter already and this is spurring me on to continue.
