Customer service was on peak. Responsive, reliable, efficient, one of the best services. Their Drive 2 wheels are premium products, extremely well designed and engineered for performance and aethestics. I have recently bought and used Drive 2 - 65D wheelset and the bike feels like it's flying. I hope they keep researching and improving these wheelset to perfection. I would always buy again.
