1st appointment didn't happen due to engineer having to cancel appointments. Another one made for following week. Engineer nice chap carried out job quickly and efficiently. Good service when it happened

Ordering/updates/quality/ great, however delivery via carrier not customer focused. The delivery when it happened and delivery person was great, notification of delivery updates poor at best, 1st delivery date cancelled, second never happened, map was of area 300 miles away delivery running late, when I tried to ascertain situation 4 hours later, all I could got was deliveries are made upto 8.00 pm. I took into account bad weather we had, but nothing none specific information given even if delivery if not today at least specific information, 7 hours wasted no customer service on internal procedures and processes.
