The customer phone is off and the chat is off..They send info that the package has been delivered, but is not.
And no connection with them...poor service.
Bring,DHL,GLS are much better...

Attention !!
Attention !!! They are under investigation in Bulgaria(their home county) for organized crime group.
2 of their leaders has been arrested and other doesn't want to show up in Bulgaria and haid themselves. This info is according to Bulgarian Police and official special staff ..Also they are not allowed to do anymore any activities in USA after court decision. Under investigation in another country according to officials Bulgarian staff related to Bulgarian Police.

As you may know, at the beginning of 2023, the local authorities in Bulgaria made ungrounded allegations against Nexo for participation in a profit-oriented “organized criminal group,” among other charges. However, after a thorough and prolonged investigation, the Bulgarian Prosecutor’s Office found no evidence of these alleged crimes. Specifically, the investigations could not establish the company’s involvement in banking activities without a permit, money laundering, computer fraud, or tax crimes. Consequently, all charges against Nexo and its founders have been dropped, as reported by the Wall Street Journal https://bit.ly/3S3gLdJ.
It is important to note that in the United States, Nexo was cleared of fraud or any misleading commercial practices. However, we were compelled to cease services in the U.S. due to lack of regulatory clarity presently observed in U.S. blockchain-based finance.
