Extortionate premiums, no customer service

You cant claim on your insurance, if there is no way to contact them! This seems to be the business model for what is probably the most expensive pet insurance in the UK. dont bother.

As much as i would like to talk to your customer service, I have been on hold for an hour, so no. this service puts something other than customers and thier pets first. let me guess, it money? your "charity" seems to follow the usual model of exploiting people and paying your execs large "pay-offs" or whatever language you want to use, lets call them bonuses? note this is not specualtion, re: the publicised 2016 review of your practices.
My premium is over £1000 a year for a house cat, and you cant answer the phone to me? i will never use your services again and i will make sure others understand that you are criminals, and money given to you will never go to help animals

Zero customer service, Horrible company.

When you have an issue there is no way to contact them. you cant speak to a human unless you navigate the horrible automated phone queue, and if you do get through, they use "the computer says no" aproach to every question. They have no berevement team, and have zero concern about anything but your money staying in their grubby little hands. I will be taking all my business away from Monzo

Terrible components, aggressive, short sighted customer service

Bad cables. Bad experience. Slow delivery, bolts snapped when torqued to manufactures specs.

Update, post response(1):
I dont need to be a "qualified technician" to fit my own bike parts. like many people, I enjoy it as part of the hobby, you are also selling to member of the public, not to trade, so your attitiued smells of a corporate response and refund "terms and conditions", I dont want to spend my time talking to you, or returning poor quality products, I want to fit a set of brakes to my bike and go ride it.

my review stands. if I cant torque the bolt you sell to the manufactureres setting, and it not snap due to the overbore on the hole you made, which seems way bigger than the oem, then its junk. I just wont use your chinese manufactured overpriced slow postage company again.

I use trustpilot in good situations, or bad situations. When a service or product has exceeded my expectations, or fallen very short. This is the point of reviews, I can see you are unclear about this, and this is fine, but i am not refusing to engage with you, here we are, engaging. Many of the reviews i post get a positive engagement, people who have a real care for customers get in touch and resolve my issues, our relationship improves and so does my review.

You have chosen to fight rather than show any attempt to resolve, which speaks more about your company than any shortfallings on my part.

I took a punt on your company, but have realised that they are not as good as OEM parts, and have gone back to using genuine cables and bolts which dont snap, and are good quality, my brakes are now fully functioning and no company is telling me i cant fix or build my own bike, especially an aftermarket parts maker. Your cables are in the bin where they belong, so why would i care about your returns policy? what do you do with old broken cables full of mineral oil? im not keeping them around over a small amount of money spent on disposable parts.

Other customers’ experiences are irrelevant to this conversation, so lets look at the actual "facts" relevant to my situation:

- The cables / fitting parts took over a week to arrive
- They went on ok, I bleed the brakes, and they had issues, when i removed the banjo bolt it had broken
- The low quality Uberbikes parts went in the bin, I got OEM hoses from Magura, and they worked fine, as they always do, however they dont look as cool
- This review got posted and we had this conversation

What happens when you get Cancer

My wife has Vitality cover, and unfortunately, needed the Cancer cover.

We are talking to Vitality to re-instate my wifes care, it was lost as she is on long term sick, and the policy lapsed during a hospital visit

We have no option to take over the business cover ourselves, leaving us cut off from healthcare mid treatment

Essentially, due to terms conditions and misc policy details, my wife's Chemotherapy, supporting medical care and drugs to stop chronic pain, have stopped.

Update:
As of July, My wife has passed. The chemotherapy was withdrawn. Vitality would not re-instate care

Claim they support Mac OS

Claim they support Mac OS, they do not. You cannot use a Yubikey to log in to a Mac as an additional layer of security in any serious way.

You can get it set up as a PIV pin however you cant use the key with disk encryption on, as it needs the password to decrypt the disk, so you cant turn on using just the key as your login.

The documentation does not mention this, it misleading

Support told me "there are other things you can use it for"
Just not for a Mac, or many other services without a subscription.

Nice idea. No practical use. Minimal support

Evil company preying on the most vulnerable

I tried to use Macmillans services when my wife got cancer. It was a stressful time, and I wanted to find out as much information as I could, and access support if possible.

I was turned away and talked down to at every contact. From what i can tell, Macmillan is just a scam, and offers nothing but preys on peoples fear or conscience to steal money.

If theres any justice, this evil company will be shut down

Curated reviews, misleading prices. Terrible company

Any show or book currently on Amazon gets fake reviews and promotions, don't bother reviewing books yourself most of the time they vanish.

Subscription prices are ok, but its a false economy where Audible prices are high and subscription seems better by comparison.

Once you buy a book it can be removed from Audible without your knowledge, nothing is owned, you will never get your books to keep, read the T&Cs your just paying for a streaming service like Netflix.

I love Audiobooks, but Audible is a parasite

Free landfill and advertising, bad customer service

I was looking to order some supplements from Myprotine, however I got to the checkout and gave up. Firstly, you are intrusively prompted to add spam mail to your order as a "free gift", that rubbish you get from naked wines or "free" trial periods for old-school apps and services nobody wants, they think this is somehow different from opting out of marketing, which you have to do at sign in. Regardless of the borderline illegal marketing ploys, if you continue, you are told, if you need a shaker you can buy one for 2.99(or something). Nobody wants one of those plastic shakers, we all have one, but then the very same shaker is added to your basket for "free" when you put in your delivery details, after you have confirmed your basket, and you can't remove it. This is the same world where we have to live with BPA-filled paper straws because disposable plastic is a horrible idea and Myprotein are pumping out plastic landfill with every order. I tried the customer service chat but they paid no attention and were utterly unhelpful. I won't be using this company, they are part of the problem

Great customer service resolved issues

3rd review update.

After dropping 5 stars to a one star, on the back of my internet connection failing at even the smallest task, customer service contacted me directly to resolve the matter.

An engineer was sent out and the service has improved, although I'm not 100% its fixed all my issues: Plume rebalancing when your using the service / poor coverage in a small house, it's certainly much better than it was.

The customer service at Rebel is "the" best you can get from an internet provider, this has not changed. They are actually human and they are absolutely committed.

Thanks for fixing the issues. And being committed to your customers

Unexpected item in the bagging area

This is a Supermarket self checkout for conveyancing, and as the comparison implies, there are plenty of unexpected items in the bagging area.
My experience of navigating Armalytix started with the whole website failing with an "under maintenance" page after completing the first section. I returned a day later to try several times to get it to connect to my banking app, only to find it cant see my ISA, and the details had to be entered manually.
Having finally scanned my ISA statement, the app had me "prove" payment by payment where the money came from. This was a simple number matching game, had no tangible method of proving anything, other than I was paid regularly. It's a dumb system trying to appear smart, and has you justifying inconsequential payments of under £100 in your current account several years ago.
All this tedious data entry aside, the process is littered with small print absolving Armalytix of any responsibility for any of the information gathered and begs the question, why bother?
Essentially, you are self checking out, and the user journey is a poorly conceived, fairly invasive and entirely pointless way of emailing some documents.
You also have no choice but to use it, (on penalty of undefined delays) and I have no faith in any assurances the small print offers on data protection or anonymity. Let's hope the security infrastructure of Armalytics is more robust than their flimsy website. Doubtful, but you get what you pay for

Unfortunately as we've mentioned a few times in response to other reviews, some banks don't make their ISAs available for Open Banking to access - and whilst this isn't an Armalytix issue, we appreciate this is annoying and are trying to lobby for change - although the banks don't seem to be in a rush to make life any easier for their customers. When it comes to the journey itself, we've worked with some of the largest conveyancers in the country to design a process that allows you to quickly and easily demonstrate and explain where you got your funds - and we've found there really is no other way to determine where someone got their money than to ask them! Clearly once you've completed your answers the information needs to be checked by your conveyancer, but the work done by you as the customer makes the review process significantly easier, saving the conveyancer time and reducing the risk they won't spot potential areas of concern in the few cases where they exist. Finally, it's worth pointing out that we take your data security very seriously - as detailed in our privacy policy if you'd like us to delete your data just drop our support team an email and they'll be happy to take care of it for you. Small and uncomfortable for side sleepers. Don't believe the hype. These are cheap memory foam pillows with an indent for back sleepers. The whole pillow is just a coupling of inches high before you lie on it. No adult can use this comfortably

Arrived with a hole, poorly constructed, terrible custom service

Well I should have come here before ordering. All the bad reviews are under Oodie.co.uk, but it’s the same company

I ordered 2x Oodies. One had a hole in and they were both poorly constructed.

Both shed white fluff everywhere and are horrible to have in the house.

The £25 off voucher you get from signing up to the websites spam is worthless as all garments have permanent offers on which it can’t be used in conjunction with.

Custom service are not only useless, and refuse to even deal with me, but they have the audacity to call themselves “cuddle consultants” 🤢

(note they will ask you for the batch number from the label inside the garment so they can get a refund from the manufacturer, but they won’t pass that on to you)

I will be finding the manufacturer and emailing them this info too, as they are probably being ripped off.
Following the label info the Oodies are made for “Davie clothing (PTY) LTD” but they are the importer in Adelaide, and the garments are manufactured by “Wenzhou Baoxitun Textile Technology“ in china. I’ll update if I get in touch with them


Overall. Horrible company, poor product

Truly the worst experience you can have…

Truly the worst experience you can have with any service.

Terrible support. Zero online help or chat options. Oh, they advertise that you can chat online, but the service is off most of the time.

Custom service on the telephone is 15 mins of automated responses with automatic cut offs. It’s more like playing a text based adventure, I’ve had to call them so often that I can tell you

Option 1, 1, 4, 4 gets you through to a human IF you can answer me these questions three!
1) What is the telephone number of the landline we forced you to set up, but you have never used?
2) What is the secret password you set up with your account? No not your online password, or your secret question for account recovery, the other-Other password. Don’t worry we can send it to you in the post in 5-7 days if you don’t know it
3) what is the amount of your last bill. No not what you should be paying, no not what it was when you took the contract out. The amount we increased your bill to but have not yet paid including the hidden charges you don’t know about

I spent 3 hours on the phone to them with multiple disconnects and my service is still not working.

Truly the worst company there is. I’d rather give my money to Bezos, at least his rocket looks like a Willy. Branson can do one

Low end company, bad service, not worth your time

I used this company on eBay, they are "balljointboots", and they sell aftermarket car parts

The Calipers they sent me were mismatched, and missing parts. and the rubber gaiter on one of the pistons was incorrectly seated and split.

they refused to refund this, as it went past some imaginary 60 days returns policy. which is nothing to do with my rights under the consumer rights act. however who is going to fight them over something like this.

that should tell you all you need to know about dealing with this company. ill never use them again, i suggest you don't either

Not worth your time or money

Purchase a OnePlus 8. As far as I can tell the latest system update is forced redundancy.
It enabled notifications and full access to all apps. Changed the font size so some parts of the phone were unreadable. The lock screen no longer centres correctly. Finger print reader works fine for apps, but not for the lock screen

I contacted customer support. They wouldn't talk to me until I had done the following:
1. Proof of purchase: (Mandatory)
2. Registered Name:
3. Registered Email ID:
4. Contact Number and Alternative Number: (IN)
5. Device IMEI number: (will be available behind the box or dial *#06#)
6. Current OS / Build number:
7. Convenient time to contact you:
8. Your current location:
9. Does the device get detected by windows PC? (Windows 7 and above)

Like I have hours of time to waste contacting customer service about a phone I don't own?

Tried these, not bad. Misleading company and offers

Tried these and step one. Honestly these are way better and fit correctly as per the size guide. Step one were horrible.
However, the "free pair" offer dosn't tell you you cannot unsubscribe or pause your membership right away, even just to see if the wear in ok. You have to pay for a month. So they are not free, which is probably illegal in the UK.
Quality is ok. They are sort of like lycra. I would imagine they are not sustainable or eco friendly in any way.
My wife thinks they are hilarious, and I'm too old to wear them. She calls them my floozy pants.
About a day after I signed up for the free pair, they had a get two free pairs offer. This and the fact you have to pay them one month regardless, annoyed me enough to cancel the membership
Do yourself a favour an buy underware from a shop without excessive plastic packing

Sometimes when people try to cancel before the first 7 days it can appear as though you ar already subscribed for another month despite still being in your trial period!
