I had one before and it’s been great for iPhone se. It’s worn out so I bought a new one. It’s sadly too big so I will give it away. Still need a smaller one for my iPhone se but may go to a shop.
So I was disappointed but the product and service is excellent. It’s my fault it’s too big grrr.

We are sorry that the new case you ordered is not compatible with your iPhone SE. It sounds like you may have the older style iPhone SE which I am afraid we no longer make.
However, so we can help you further, I can see that your order is still within our 30 days return period and therefore I will send you an email with details on how to return this to us and look into finding a compatible case if we can too.
