Easy to order currency. Usually good exchange rate. Delivered when said and they use recorded delivery.

Doctor was very good explaining what was going to happen and what was expected of me.
Very calm environment.

Very polite delivery man. Patient when he knocked my door and double checked it was the correct address.

Once tracking the driver, a time slot was given and the driver turned up in that time. Very good.

The delivery people need to put notes through the addresses they deliver to when they leave boxes in gardens as if the person isn't expecting the parcel as its a present which has happened to me twice now when sending a surprise present to friends and family. One box was left outside all night in this circumstance.

Thank you to Leah who looked into this review until she found the issue with the transfer and has now refunded the taxi fare. This has restored my faith in Loveholidays.

Booked a holiday in Spain - Salou with Grandchildren. We had late flights which we booked so that we had the same airline flying in and out of Spain. But had to wait for the transfer to the hotel from 9:20pm to 11:15pm, which in fact did not turn up until 11:25pm so was 2 hours instead of the 60-90min wait we were told. Also had trouble finding the MTS agent to find out where to wait for this transfer. But worse was to happen on the way home as we got to the allotted place to wait for transfer at 5pm ready for 5:10-5:20pm. at 5:25pm the transfer sailed past the 3 of us waiting even though we waived out to the lady driver. It was the correct transfer as we checked the registration of the coach that was sent on our booking forms. We thought perhaps she had missed us and was going to come back but by 5:45pm I contacted Loveholidays and was told that they could see the route and she waited for 10min and said there was 'no show'. How could this be when we were in the correct place? I asked how are we meant to get to Barcelona airport now and was told to get a taxi, keep the receipt and would be refunded. No mention if I had enough money left to do this as it cost $199.90 euros/£172.56. When I got home I contacted loveholidays and sent the receipt on the text and they said they would check what had happened. They came back saying that the transfer waited for us for 7-8mins and was 'no show', so they will not refund. They did not send me the transfer route with the stoppages which I would like to see as we were definitely in the correct pick up point and we seen the transfer coach go past. I am 63 and was travelling with 2 grandchildren and this is not acceptable from a holiday company.

Lovely people, they patiently let me explain what I wanted done with a 2nd hand wetsuit and offered to do it that day as I was on holiday with grandchildren and wanted to use it. Patched it up and glued ready for use that day. Thank you so much. They came recommended from Finn at Croyde Bay surf shop and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed good quality repairs.

It was lovely to send a surprise gift of cream tea to my Sister and Brother-in-Law for their wedding anniversary as I couldn't be with them on the day.

Really easy to order from the site. Payment went through and the surround mesh for the 3 seater sunbed came in 3 days. Excellent value for money. Definitely would order from company again if anything was needed.
