So disappointed
So disappointed. Ordered a cheese and wine hamper for my family in Canada. I really shopped around before I ordered. I thought I was getting a really good deal. My sister in law has lived in Canada for many years and I have always been really impressed with the Canadian customer service. My order was placed on the 19th December with a guaranteed delivery of the 23rd December. Sadly it did not arrive on time. I messaged Bloomex and they assured me it would be sent on the 24th December. No apology though. Again it was not delivered. When I contacted Bloomex they told me "the florists are very busy over this period". Not really my problem. I know how busy everyone is over this period. I was offered a $15 voucher off my next purchase - which was not what I wanted as I will never use them again. I asked for a larger hamper instead. It was not a larger hamper and I was very disappointed with what they did received CA$76 for a bottle of wine 4 packets of biscuits, a camembert and a box of pretzels. What a complete rip off. AVOID.
