I needed a new battery and charger. I received responses from Qualisports through their Facebook site. The charger was on backorder but I received it as soon as it became available.

Items arrived promptly. The Volador is a very good small folding e-bike. I just wish the instructions for assembly were better, especially for the fenders. I figured out on my own how to connect the battery. It took some trial-and-error to figure out that the headlight gets mounted above the front wheel. Maybe just insert a sheet pointing to a Youtube video would help: I found one for fenders but not in combination with a rear rack.

Review of Back Market - United States
Slow in response to defective phone. Incoming delivery to me was prompt and good. I received a Google Pixel 3 that aesthetically was better than I thought it would be. However when I turned it on it was defective with a blank spot on the touch screen that made it unusable. I could not enter the numeral "8" or the letter "i". That was 16 days ago. I sent the phone back. Apparently I have to wait for the seller, Wireless Boss of Miami, to evaluate whether they can repair it and send it back. Why can't I get a refund now so I can shop for another phone? Why didn't I buy from Amazon instead, so that I'd have a working phone two weeks ago?
