Customer Experience with a smile
With exams coming up this week I was unable to use my current laptop due to storage issues. I went into DID in Tullamore and I was greeted by a very professional lady called Mandy. Mandy help me out in my purchase and provided me with Indept knowledge regarding the spec and warranties available to me on my new laptop. Any questions I had, Mandy was able to answer me there and then - that’s what I called good customer service. My Highlight - it was such a pleasant experience to see how much Mandy liked and enjoyed her job (story telling about her son computer experience) , this was so reflected in the way she assisted and addressed me. I will credit where credit is due. It’s so important to smile - it gives warmth to any customer who walks in to a shop. I do think this is lost in our current climate and is something that we can all improved at no cost. Mandy - it was a pleasure doing business with you. Thanks a million for all your help. Trisha
