Items missing from my order. Customer Services called me and basically called me a liar by saying they will have to check CCTV of packing. Then called me back and could only offer a credit note for missing items as it would cost them way to much in postage to send me the item I paid for but didn't receive.
Be warned!! Don't order anything from this site if you expect to recive it.
Update!!! Still no credit refund for missing item after all this time !!!

I'm really disappointed to see this review,
You must be referring to your order placed back in March as I cannot see you have ordered since then.
This was rectified with a refund right away, as I can see your email thread with Charlotte.
The package was missing, and we didn’t have another of the product you ordered to reship, which we apologised for and rectified with a refund.
