Dawn was excellent. Talked me through each part of the process. She called to ensure the car was ok the day after I picked it up. I couldn't praise Dawn and the team enough.

Are they worth the money

Product arrived safely. However, i haven't noticed any difference since taking it. I'm still bloated, tired, so I ask myself if it was worth the money ??.
Product also don't dissolve in liquid leaving a powder taste in the mouth.

Visited lakeside branch today 8th…

Visited lakeside branch today 8th January 2022. At 12.30 I joined the queue for a refund , this was after waiting 10 mins in a purchases only queue as the sign saying this was only displayed by the till. So had to move to the refund only till, of which there was 1 person serving. Half hour later with 6 people in front of me and the queue now at the exit I am still waiting to be served. I work for a large supermarket as a service manager. If this was to happen in my store I would be fired . The staff just shrug their shoulders not caring that customers are getting annoyed and frustrated . The service in this store is disgusting.
To top it off they refused a refund as apparently proof of purchase on your phone banking app is not acceptable . Funny how big retailers will accept it.
The service from start to finish was diabolical. The blonde woman behind the desk had attitude and kept smirking at us. The 'Manager' directed us to customer service, knowing she had no intention of either giving a refund or credit note .
In summary if you decide to buy from Zara ensure you keep your receipt and you return the item within 28 days or you have just wasted your money.
Won't be shopping here again.
