Review of Too Good To Go
Saving and trying new foods is great. This allows you to do that well however previously when I browse i was able to look around quite far around but it now restricts you so unable to find new places which I think is necessary as I work in different places in the city so this feature was really helpful to enable me to see what was around - please allow the extended search/browse function again
Also was previously able to search up for specific places which I don't see to be able to do

Great mattress, great service and great delivery
Only thing that was annoying was allowing me to enter delivery instruction - to be delivered to my neighbours, next door however was called during my delivery time slot that due to Mattress Next Day policy, they couldn't deliver to my neighbours. If this is the case, please state it on the delivery part of the website clearly for all to see - if had to scramble to get someone in my house to receive delivery
Other than that, all is great

Really easy to access and very local to me
Only issue is that I was informed that items must be collected within 3 days otherwise it will be returned to sender - I was away for a few days so panicked.
Perhaps this time period can be extended to 7 days? Or even 5 days?
Appreciate that the lockers would get full up quickly but it would negate the panicing feeling that I have paid postage for an item and not get it -

Review of Auto Windscreens
Auto Windscreen sent us a text to say we hadn't made payment when I can clearly see that I have but the operative tried to tell me it had been a cancelled payment.
When I explained that I called in to book the appointment 3 days earlier and did not do it online, he "refreshed" the page and it miraculously updated that I had made payment!
If I had not been on the ball and was able to insist that I knew payment had been made and I had confirmation, I would have paid again. This could affect plenty of people!
In top of this, not once did the operative apologise for the system error or something that was clearly a mistake on their behalf.
I can't comment on their work which I think would be fine only on the call handling today which has infuriated me
