Great price, quick delivery and informed of every step cant fault the service

Booked flooring for delivery for 2 weeks, someone was in touch straight away to say they could get it to me on the coming Monday, which was great and was happy with the service, so i booked my floor layer for the Tuesday, flooring never turned up on the Monday arranged so i rang and explained the situation i was in, was told i would receive my flooring on the Tuesday definatley, it never came until Wednesday so i had to pay £80 to floor layer for the day for nothing as had no flooring to put down, in the current circumstances i understand there is bound to be delays but i was quite happy to recieve my flooring in the 2 week wait but was annoyed that flooring supplies actually rang me to change to earlier dates and never delivered costing me money, overall happy with flooring but annoyed late delivery cost me money
