The download links provided initially didn't work, but I received an email from Steve with different links (which still gave me a problem). After an exchange of messages, Steve sorted the problem out for me and the software is now working fine. The whole process took about 1.5 hours (but part of that was having to uninstall previous versions of the software).

I am slightly disappointed with the Bamboo Bath Puff: it's smaller than I expected and very tightly packed so it's quite hard to use effectively. Perhaps it will loosen up with use...

I needed to get a parcel delivered from a distant address to me (i.e. the opposite way round from what is normally done). I used the website to set up the details (I opted for the "drop off at shop" option so the person sending it didn't have to wait in for collection) and delivery to my home. I thought that process might be problematic but it was quite easy.
The parcel was dropped off just after noon on Friday and safely and courteously delivered before noon on Saturday.
I call that brilliant service and will certainly use DPD again if i need to send or receive a parcel in future.

I was referred to Halo by my insurance company but I am really impressed by the service I received. My first contact was by phone from Siana who booked my car in and arranged for the courtesy car. Giani, who collected my car from my house and dropped off the courtesy car, was very polite and efficient. (He had texted me before arrival to let me know when he would be here.) I was pleasantly surprised to be told that if I used the car I didn't need to top it up with petrol before handing it back. In the event I didn't need to use it, as the repair was carried out very quickly and, as far as I can see, perfectly. Siana called me the next day to tell me the car was being repaired and that I would have it back that afternoon
Once again Giani texted when he was on his way and the handover was handled very smoothly. I would recommend Halo to anyone who needs a repair to their car.

We were very impressed by the high standard of communication from this company. All the required information was sent promptly, and gave as much detail as we needed. We received several reminders of the check-in arrangements over the week prior to our arrival. The description of the accommodation on the website was accurate, and the photographs are excellent. Everything was as good as we expected.

Lee and Mehtab arrived earlier than expected, but we were ready so we were happy with that. Both of them were courteous and friendly, worked efficiently, took care from the moment they entered the house (taking their shoes off while holding a heavy sofa was impressive!), and clearly explained the things we needed to know about our new furniture. Great service.

I tried using the app but found it frustrating. The website was easier despite having to type in the barcodes. The proportion of items accepted was low but then I suppose a lot of the books weren't worth anything. Easy to follow instructions. I haven't sent the parcel yet so can't comment on how quickly the money comes through.

I have now received the money - it arrived in my account about 5 days after I was notified that all my books etc. had been accepted. Great service!

I was really impressed with Electronic Partners from the outset. They gave a clear estimate for my repair and sent a free dispatch label. I received a confirmation email when the item arrived with them, which explained what would happen next. A week later I got another email saying that the item had been repaired: they found the nature of the problem and fixed it. I paid the invoice for the amount they had estimated (so it was clearly an accurate estimate) and they emailed again when the item was dispatched two days later.
In summary, they kept me informed throughout the whole process and my repaired item was back with me in about 2 weeks. Impressive!
