Unfortunately the way the order was wrapped caused damage to the box. The postal bag was stuck directly to the box and I was unable to remove it without damaging the cardboard further. This is intended as a gift so slightly disappointing.

When this personalised digital clock arrived it appeared ok. I therefore wrapped it and presented on Father’s Day. However when the clock was turned on, personalisation was completely upside-down. I am very disappointed with this useless gift.

Hi Alice, I have just checked on our system and can see that your order was dispatched on 3rd June via a standard service. Unfortunately, it appears that we have been let down by the couriers in terms of timing and we can only apologise for that. Additionally, we are still working with a skeleton staff and we're working around the clock to get orders out and to our customers in time.
