Unfortunately the way the order was wrapped caused damage to the box. The postal bag was stuck directly to the box and I was unable to remove it without damaging the cardboard further. This is intended as a gift so slightly disappointing.
When this personalised digital clock arrived it appeared ok. I therefore wrapped it and presented on Father’s Day. However when the clock was turned on, personalisation was completely upside-down. I am very disappointed with this useless gift.

Hi Alice, I have just checked on our system and can see that your order was dispatched on 3rd June via a standard service. Unfortunately, it appears that we have been let down by the couriers in terms of timing and we can only apologise for that.
