Review of Happy Mushrooms
I’m new to mushrooms and the growing process but this was by far the easiest way to get to the end product with the least amount of problems! The end result was a big flush of potent mushrooms!

Original Loan Officer quit halfway through the process and it seems there was no handoff of her pipeline to another LO. Supervisors should oversee the loans in the LOs pipeline and ensure a smooth handoff to a new LO.
The original closing date was unattainable due to the lag in handoff. Appraisal was ordered incredibly late in the process and underwriting stipulations that should have been requested at pre approval were still being requested just days before the second closing date. That date did not happen either. Close was pushed out to a 3rd date.
There was confusion as to weather or not a former employer was my spouse even though I clearly outlined that the entity was a company and not a person. Just really ridiculous requests. "When was the first payment made on this closed auto loan with no late payments from 2016?" I kid you not.
I have purchased several homes over the years and this experience was by far the most difficult, time consuming, nerve wracking experience of my life.
If you're considering a NFCU mortgage...don't.
