I recently purchased a laptop from TechnoWorld. They had some issues with a Saturday delivery but this was an issue with courier and not TechnoWorld.

The staff at TechnoWorld could not be more helpful in arranging a new delivery and keeping me up to date with the progress. I was particularly impressed with the customer service.

The price I paid for the laptop was also the cheapest price I could find online.

I’m so pleased to have come across TechnoWorld and would have no hesitation purchasing from them in the future and recommending them.

I have just moved over from Virgin Media to Zen full fibre after reading the Which review and being recommended by my neighbour.

I had a few teething problems getting everything set up due to the fibre install in my street but the support that I recieved in the online chat from both technical and the new orders team have been absolutely superb. They resolved all the issues swiftly with no long waits or being pushed from piller to post. I was a day late getting connected and I've already had an email telling me I'll get compensation. All in all some of the best customer service ever.

I love the FritzBox router too it has so many different options for advanced configuration.

Zen might not be the cheapest in a comparison with other full fibre providers but I'm happy to pay that little more in the knowledge that the support is so good.

In summary, I highly recommend Zen Internet.

I placed an order for a new cable for my OPPO PM3 headphones. I have to say that I am extremely happy with my purchase.

The cable is extremely well made and I can tell the improvement in sound with it compared to the stock cable supplied with the headphones after just one listen.

Prior to my purchase I had a few questions that I put to Jason and he was quick to respond and answer them all ensuring I purchased the correct cable.

I highly recommend Customcans and would have no hesitation in purchasing again. In fact I may do soon as I also own a pair of Seinheiser HD600 headphones and I saw that they make cables for those as well.

I have been with Virginmedia for BB and phone from the start and was previously NTL. I have never had any issues. Always had the speed I’ve paid for.

Recently I renegotiated my package and was offered a superb discount of over £20 per month over 18 months.

The trick is to get through to the call centre in Scotland and not in India. To do that call early mornings during the week.

Lockdown has got me listening to more music and pining an upgrade to my over 20 years old setup. I Googled and found DougBrady were running Package deals on buying an amp, speakers and speaker cable. I called up and spoke to Steve. The amp I had been thinking was the Arcam SA 20 but after talking to Steve I realised I would be better buying the SA30 because it had a built in DAC meaning I could dispense of my Arcam CD streamer and use my Oppo for playing CDs. Along with a pre existing offer on B&W speakers and the package offer on top I saved over £500 on the full retail price.

It all arrived 2 days later and I’m sat here listening to it grinning from ear to ear enjoying listening to it.

Superb service and price and I would definitely buy from DougBrady again.
