Downhill.
I’ll try to keep to the point.
They used to be great, but as of late, especially since their YouTube channel has grown exponentially, they are rather missing the mark. I’ve ordered many items from them, ranging from pedals, guitars, amps & accessories.
Main points:
They do not check guitars before shipping. No set-up, fresh strings or wipe down. Pretty pathetic really, considering that any music shop you go to, including most likely the company in question, would do these for you upon purchase, so why not before being sent out?
I’ve had two amplifiers develop faults very quickly after delivery (one a replacement for the same first one). I’ve then been told that as it’s out of the 14 day return/issue window, I would be unable to have a refund, only a repair. Again, pretty poor considering it’s the same product with a very similar issue.
A limited edition Walrus Audio pedal that was ordered arrived with a MASSIVE dent in the box/and special pouch, that went through to the pedal casing and chipped/dented the paint. There’s no way this happened with the courier, as it was bubble wrapped to hell. Again, this shows that it wasn’t checked prior to leaving the factory.
I won’t be dealing with them anymore after the repair detailed above is completed.
I suggest you use Reidy’s, PMT or Thomann. Much better service.
Please concentrate on customer service and not your YouTube channel...
