This company did a great job. I created and uploaded a design on Sunday night and it was printed and on its way to me by Tuesday. I paid for quick shipping because I had a deadline, but it was reasonable, as was the cost of the t-shirts and printing. The quality of the t-shirts was great. I was super impressed with this company.

The sizing help on the site is great. The clothes are unique and edgy, yet have a certain sophistication. I'm super happy with the quality. The fabric and workmanship is wonderful. I look forward to buying more from this company. Shipping took about 10 days which I don't mind.

I'd give Zest zero stars if I could. I ordered a product. They said it would take 2 weeks. After 2 months, it still had not shown up so I canceled the order. They said it would take a month to refund me. It has been 3 months. This company is taking money and scamming people. They stopped responding to my emails as well.

I like the glasses I chose a lot and the quality is better than I expected. I did, however, find your website frustrating to navigate. At one point I had marked several favorites and I saw that they were being noted next to the heart icon but when I clicked on the favorites icon to review them, nothing was there. I tried several different things trying to get to them including closing your site. When I opened it back up, my favorites were still indicated as kept but when I clicked on the icon, nothing was there. At that point, I had to go back through everything to find what I liked and write down the names of the glasses. But then, I even had trouble with the search finding a pair that I had written down. I found others, but I didn't find the ones I was most interested in. Maybe they sold out before I got back to them, but it was only about 24 hours from the time I wrote down the name until the time I searched to find them.

I was with you a few months ago but due to website issues, I decided to drop out because there was a lot of confusion. But even with the confusion, your employees were very kind. I think it was Chad who I was in touch with. He was great; but I took a break anyway to allow the website to work out the bugs. Then I saw your founder interviewed on Spectrum and I decided to join up again. It's only been 2 weeks, but using the website has been easy, my food deliveries have gone well, and the food has been good. I appreciate all you do for the community, how much you give back, and I also appreciate the very reasonable prices of your meals. Thanks so much for doing such a good service for so many. My plan is to use you every week and/or every other week. It will at least be once a month.
