Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Truly and utterly incompetent. Waited nearly two years to send us a bill despite is requesting it on numerous occasions. Don't seem to understand ofgem backbilling rules and don't seem to care. They don't have a clue what they are doing. Shambolic.

On my second order from skinsider an item was missing from my package but after one email fthis was rectified and the item was sent out the next working day. Quick response and rectification of an issue so will continue to purchase from here.
