Probably best bikes on the Planet but DEFFO ran by the Worst Management in the Universe!!
Ive spent 8K on a bike waited over 8 months for delivery – Paid for so this useless Company can use my Money – First waiting for bars everything else in stock – Then when they come in there are no wheels bla bla Then its no RUBBER BUNG! etc etc THEN IT’S THE PAINT!!
At last gets delivered but no instructions as to how these electric gears work and how saddle fits
Shimano sheets say press the Function button What and where is it? Looks on your USELESS videos and shows it in the handle bars – NO IT ISNT that’s from 1990 or something – SO ITS YouTube and there it is a hidden tiny button on the derailier!!!
But then do I need a PC and Smartphone to get it to work????!!
After hours trying to get to live chat as nothing else gets answered finally got through to James who was great and gave me a Cheat sheet which was so FING simple – WHY NOT SEND IT WITH THE BIKE!!!!!

When delivered The seat post was dangling down in mid air with the battery wires!! but the rubber holding the battery in was forced and squashed – STILL IS – Wish I could put photos on here!!
Then seat post wont go down far enough as Im 5ft 4 going on 5-5 yet bike was extra small for 5ft 3!!!!!!!! I was on tiptoes – I had to file it down and ram it in spent hours moving cleats and saddle and sorta fits now but darent get a pro bike fit– Then WHY WAS THE SADDLE REMOVED ANYWAY!! Bits thrown in a box – Took me 2 hrs to fathom as not like any other fitting Ive seen easier Krypton Factor tasks– I still have 3 bits left over in the box- 2 plastic bits and a rubber thing not a clue where they go!
What I thought was going to be my pride and joy would have gone back in the box but it was custom painted! I was sick of the sight of it and still am – Should have bought a £100 one from Halfords and even they would know how to fit a rubber grommet
AND then oh great I get a Frigging puncture in back wheel – IVE SPENT 8 grand on a bike with all the top spec wheels and tubeless tyre set up and you put frigging tubes in them !!!!! THE ONLY REASON BEING TO SAVE A FEW QUID!! You have been using my Money for 8 months and you penny pinch!!
It was a tiny thin staple thing but I could not get it to stay up and threw it in a Taxi MY OTHER ONE WAS SAME!! Over a pothole and I get a puncture – It split the tube – Thats 2 occasions of totally unnecessary hassle
You need arms like Garth to get these tyres on and off at the side of the road and replace the tube
I actually still hate the site of this thing and am totally pissed off with it and wish I’d never bought it
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING OF YOU USELESS CLOWNS AGAIN!!
Apart from that its brilliant to ride! I hope I come round to actually want to DARE go out on it again!!

Must be a danger of the tyres creating an explosion that bursts thru the cardboard container carrier and covers the van full of an extremely toxic mixture of sealant and utter bs!
Do they also X-Ray the boxes on collection in case of any tubeless wheel smuggling

What a Joke - Took bike in for a repair and told they cant do it because (a)- It was an electric bike (Not even a pedalec either-It was a £3K ribble) and (b) Because it was not a Halfords bike - It was only the handlebar stem !!Told to take back to where I bought it! What a Joke I took it home and did it myself from a youtube vid in 10 mins! In other words they did not have a clue - Never again and glad I didn't have these cowboy mechanics touch it anyway!! Probably ok with the kids toy ones!

Needed something after broken collar bone before risking the potholes! This is a great piece of kit and is going to be essential in winter now recovered but it don't end there as you can back off the rollers completely and use it as a spinner which is perfect for warm ups before changing to my road bike (No noise either although roller noise is better than expected) - Extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend for anybody

Great prices and stock - Pretty speedy dispatch - Hermes is a waste of space though and took nearly a week to deliver - useless back and forth to depot without even attempting the delivery on 3 separate days!
