My order of Christmas gifts was due on 28/11. Tracking said it was at the delivery office. Didn’t move so I reported and received a standard email over a week ago, but no follow up. Concerned that this won’t be sorted in time for Christmas. I have repeatedly checked my junk mail.

The terminals are constantly breaking down. On the portable one the charge would disappear losing our charity £100s. The last time I returned a terminal (I was not asked to send via any particular method so returned as I had before) they said they didn’t receive the broken terminal and charged us £445.
It had been Very disappointing and frustrating and the charity is now way out of pocket due to the unreliability

I ordered items on 1 September and I’m still waiting for 1 to arrive. 3 of 4 items arrived ok but I’ve been sent the wrong item twice! (First time I got someone else’s photo! ) Their correspondence is polite and apologetic but having complained yet again they’ve offered to re-send me the correct item and yet the confirmation I just had is for the wrong order AGAIN! They also emailed to say as a gesture of goodwill they wont continue to charge me the delivery fees for the wrong shipments!!!! The quality of the items I did receive was fair, apart from the problems I’ve encountered, I think for the price I’d get better value somewhere else.

Great counsellor and I found the sessions much more helpful than I expected. I’ve only ever had face to face but this was actually easier. Well organised too.
