Easy to log breakdown on the app (although poor signal was bit of an issue!) Patrol engineer 3259 was quicker than the estimated eta, promptly confirmed, as I stated on the app of the need for a tow. He quickly checked that I was within the maximum tow distance of 60 Miles (I think) connected the car up within 20 mins, checked & advised we would have to leave dog in car & took us to our chosen location

Absolutely fantastic, ordered a 10mm × 1000mm clear extruded acrylic disc (to cover a new rattan garden table) to stop drinks from wobbling & food spillage getting stuck in rattan weave, added some small clear rubber feet & wow it looks amazing. Delivery was 12 days & packaged extremely well

Quickly dispatched, quite expensive & covered no where near as much as I'd expected, but the bungalow wall material is a VERY absorbant pressed sand type block,
However so far after the 1st downpour of heavy rain, the rain definitely beads & runs off quickly & wall is dry far quicker than the wall I have not treated yet. Hopefully it lasts a while

From online booking/paying to having them fitted at a chosen time & garage, all was perfect AND tyres were cheaper than if I had gone directly to the same garage

Ended up taking 75% of the compensation!
Depending on how you want to look at this, if you are happy giving this company your details (mine was a BA cancelled flight 20 hours before due to fly) and letting them do all the "legal" stuff to get compensation (knowing you pay a very varying fee) then carry on knowing you will get something. I got 25% (200 euro)
If I wasn't going to bother I would have got zero.
But if I'd known about going direct with BA I'm sure I would have got nearer 100% ? And would have also not waited 14 mths for the money.

Great prices & delivery times . Only one comment is I would prefer a text or call when en route, so I don't have to leave gate & tank unlocked for a few days(you normally get a delivery of "by next Friday" etc) which is fine.
I did have a text to say delivery would be delayed until tomorrow. But nothing on the day

FIVE STAR....Was initially horrified when I saw the reviews after finding out an Amazon delivery for a car part that I really needed by the date it was advised it would be delivered by. On the day stated I had message saying would be delivered by 8pm, it was delivered by friendly courier midday on the day that it was stated it would. Is it a postcode lottery as it if you get a 5* or a 1* experience??

Left parcel outside totally wrong address!
Was away when parcel was due to be delivered, so advised on app to leave in porch, had an email confirmation of delivery with a picture of my delivery outside a garden gate of an unknown address!! Went on to chat to be advised yes it has been delivered to your safe place (porch) giving me a location ref of 69 ft away from my property !!
When I returned home 3 day's later I located it, down end of lane outside some else's back gate soaking wet !!
Was advised to contact the place I purchased the item..
As though it was thier fault!

Just wanted a cheap 1st pair of reading glasses to use now & then, can't get much cheaper than £6(including prescription lenses) +£4 p&p.

Tyre centre I booked & visited all staff were very polite & seemed very professional, fitted my tyres,all seemed fine, got home & hour later a row of stick on balancing weights had fallen off !
I'm no expert in tyres, but I thought tyre manufacturers put red/yellow dots on tryes to mark where to line up tyre with valve to minimise weight usage, my dots definitely nowhere near valves & there are more weights on the wheels than in my local gym !! If it not for the weight issue, would have been 5 stars

Normally top quality service, however my most recent experience, was very poor.
Had message saying "oh no we've missed you, but it will be taken to your nearest pick-up shop" we were home all day & normally parcels are left in my open porch anyway?
With another quote saying "By delivering your parcel to your nearest
DPD Pickup shop, we have saved CO2
meaning this is the best option for our planet".
So me having to get in my car, using my fuel to travel 10miles doesn't produce any C02 !!!

Purchased, this after a friend recommended it, for our puppy (who had but of a dodgy tummy!!!), this does seem to be very expensive compared to most other dry food, but then like most things in life you get what you pay for(73% fresh meat etc). Puppy really enjoys it & guts seem to be better, this maybe a coincidence, but I will keep him on it for the foreseeable future.
Delivery was unbelievably quick.
ONLY downside (other than it being bit pricey) is.... wow when you open the bag the strong SMELL hits you !!!!! but luckily I don't have to put my head in there to eat it :-}
