I live in Ireland and was interested in purchasing a Hyundai pressure washer from a local supplier. However, I've been informed that while UK customers enjoy a 3 year warranty on the product, Irish based customers will only receive a 1 year warranty. I tried to get an explanation of the logic, or lack of, behind this but, other than being told effectively that 'it is as it is', none was offered. End result, I won't be buying this product.
Update
The UK supplier has since clarified that they are no longer the distributor of Hyundai Power Products for Ireland. While a website update might considered, I am grateful to the company representative who contacted me so promptly to clarify this. If I was in the UK, I'm sure I would actually purchase the product and commend the quality and speed of response.

I ordered a Phoenix fire pit online from Spratt Fireplaces on a Tuesday morning. The item arrived on Thursday, just two days later. I've never seen such a fast delivery. And on top, the product works really well. Overall a highly efficient and satisfactory service.

'My order started its journey from Germany on Monday Oct 5 and arrived into the DPD centre in Athlone on Friday Oct 9. Its now Thursday Oct 15 and it still hasn't made its way to me in County Clare. The order travelled from Germany to Athlone faster than from Athlone to Clare. Yesterday, I received an email from the supplier telling me it had been delivered and to enjoy my product. The only trouble is, it hasn't been delivered. Tracking on the DPD website claims delivery at 2.33 on Wednesday 14th but this is not the case. I tried to ring the local depot in Shannon and got a message saying the number isn't valid. I tried the HQ in Athlone and its impossible to get through the automated message loop. So while DPD claims it has been delivered I don't have it. Neither did I receive any text or call to say it would be delivered. So, who was my item given to? Certainly not to me at my clearly stated postcode! Over to you DPD for an answer!'
DPD responded to this and told me to contact customer service. I did so immediately and more than 24 hours later have still not received a reply. The supplier of my order tells me that DPD have provided 'evidence of delivery' at a specific time, even though no delivery was made. Curiously though, access to my (rural) road has been restricted by road resurfacing. I've checked with the road crew and have been told that, at the time DPD say the parcel was delivered, no DPD van tried to access the road. So, once again DPD, I wonder, is there any chance you might respond to my query and clarify why you claim a parcel was delivered when it clearly was not??

I seem to have been more fortunate than other recent reviewers. I ordered a home gym and it arrived very promptly within one week, all parts were present and accounted for. So, no complaints at all in that regard. Assembly is almost complete, based on clear and easy to follow instructions, albeit that you need to have a reasonably varied tool kit to put it together. The quality of the material is what I would expect for a home gym at the price charged. So, quite satisfied so far. If it changes, I'll be back!

On May 22 I wrote a review highlighting the problems I was having accessing technical support from Imagine. I am happy to say that these have now been resolved, albeit that it took another couple of weeks and lots of phone call to do so. I have to say that the crew who did come to diagnose the issue and who eventually came back to solve it were top quality. They were effective and efficient, communicated really well and were totally oriented to finding a permanent solution to the problem. So, many thanks to them. The issues that arose prior to their arrival seem to be connected with how the those on the tech help desk communicate with the tech teams on the ground. I've suggested to Imagine that they should look at this to ensure that i. technical queries are responded to quickly ii. teams that can resolve the issue are dispatched in a timely fashion.
My upload and download speeds are now really good and my ability to work from homes has greatly improved. Hopefully it will stay that way.

After super fast installation and 4 months of good quality service, now that I have a problem with intermittent service and deteriorating upload speeds, it has been two weeks of pain trying to get support from Imagine. I was in contact with support team three times, twice online and once on the phone since May 7th. Each time I was promised a call from the technical support team to resolve the issue but none was received. Yesterday I wrote to the complaints department to 'complain'. 24 hours later there has been no reply, not even an acknowledgement. I have told Imagine that I am a university lecturer living in rural area in East Clare and need broadband to manage assessments, deliver classes, engage with students and many other things. It seems to make no difference. Is it the case that Imagine will install and take your money with super fast efficiency but as soon as you need support they can't be found. Seem like it!
