Experience with Jo at the Liverpool Store
I recently visited the Penhaligons store in Liverpool and was lucky to be served by Jo. I just want to say that she is an absolute credit to the store. From start to finish her approach was professional yet personal. She has excellent knowledge of all of the fragrances and the background of them. I will definitely be returning to the store next time I’m in Liverpool and hope to be looked after by her again. Fantastic experience.
