Very easy to use web site , managed to get travel insurance at a great price ( at about half the price of other company's ) had to phone about something got a message to ask if I would like a call back which I did and they phoned back in about 5 mins can’t fault this company

I have bought numerous things of this company from t shirts to walking shoes and have never been disappointed with the price , quality or delivery in fact one time they article I had ordered was not in stock and I got my money back without any trouble

Still waiting on order after three weeks,seemingly not in stock so trying to get them from a shop that was Tuesday now Friday no more word not a happy customer

As stated at the time of purchase this item was being sourced from a store, it therefore had a delivery estimate of 10-12 days. I can see from the timescale and tracking that this item has been lost on the way to us from the store.

My apologies for this.

The tumble dryer we ordered was just like it was advertised really pleased with it however paid for old machine and packaging to be taken away they left all the packaging no reply when this was pointed out to them
