Would definitely recommend

Mariana at carwow kept me informed at every stage. We wondered if the dealer would 'haggle' and try to knock down the agreed price when the car was collected, but we needn't have worried. We also were a bit anxious about payment but the money landed in our account within 5 minutes of he dealer turning up to collect the car. Would definitely use carwow again. Oh, and the price we got was over 10% more than webuyanycar.com

The process of having to reapply

The process of having to reapply, even though we were successful, for a JohnLewis card has caused us unwelcome and unnecessary hassle. The other number standing orders that we had that we had to reinstate. We didn’t ask for 12 card to be changed and we have alternative ways of getting credit should we need it. Added to this, the process of setting up a new card go in the app sorted getting the card verified has been unnecessarily cumbersome. I feel this has been done for the benefit of John Lewis partnership but not for the benefit of myself and my wife has loyal customers over many years. I hope you find this useful and I’ll be very happy to talk in more detail about our experience in the spirit of helping you improve things for other customers. Thank you. Oh, and, please can you explain why we are only able to get a John Lewis card for myself and not for my wife. Our circumstances have not changed and we have a shared income bank account. Yet, for some reason, my wife is unable to get a John Lewis card. We don’t understand why.
