admitted that the code they provided was wrong but only offering 50% refund because they still incured costs!!! ridiculous and unfair

Clueless staff and deceiving emails

emailed me that i'll get 18% off selected services and i purchased one and didn't get the offer. was chatting for approx an hour and denied that my purchase was eligible by repunctuating the t&cs in an illegible manner and leaving the offer completely useless to any one.

emailed me about an offer to receive…

emailed me about an offer to receive £10 free prepay per account that i link up to 2 times. i did so - one account on 21st and one on 23rd july and still not received it. have contacted them 6 times, all to no avail. once on live chat lied that they'd get back to me and never did. three times lied that i'd receive it within 5 days and never did. and once just completely ignored me for half hour saying nothing so i left the chat.
won't offer a penny of compensation for taking me on a roller coaster that puts theme parks to shame and frankly i've given up with this joke of a company
UPDATE: after leaving a rating here they finally gave me the £20 prepay and £5 extra for the bother. still plenty of room for improvement...

i was promised a £15 amazon voucher for completing a survey which i did and didn't receive the voucher. i told them about it and all they said was that i received 150 points for doing the survey. so they don't even care - appalling!!!
