An awful experience, almost equal to fraud
Please be careful before you sign anything with these people!!!!! Do not trust them like I did! An awful experience recently: The company's agent misinformed me (i.e. gave me fake information) to get me sign the contract and I am now charged double the amount that I had already said to that agent 100s of times that I can never afford as a student. He said it is going to cost the amount of around 400 sek whereas I am paying now more than double the amount. I called and they again promised to correct it based on the fact that it was their fault to give me fake information. No correction happened. They withdrew from my bank account. Today i have called 6 times and every time the waiting period is said to be 1 minute to 5 minutes or 14 minutes and they never picked up the phone even. I have ended up signing a binding contract that is charged me money double the amount of agreement at the time of explaining the information about the contract. This is fraud. And not picking up the phone ever is the shittiest customer service ever in a developing country; NOT f....ing SWEDEN! I am so angry that I did trust these people.
