The service was conducted professionally. However
The lack of an am or pm option when booking an appointment is a let down. To keep your customers bound to the house all day long is simply not good enough.

The date below is a guess.

Prior to dealing with these guys I had, on a number of occasions, popped in for advice. Their knowledge of watches and the watch market is second to none.

The shop is often busy as they are well known and respected in Chester, but if you choose an opportune moment i'm sure they will be happy to help if they can. More recently I have done busines with them both as a buyer and a seller and I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

The information on my 'confirmation of delivery' does not correlate in any way to the Address label that I printed out and which was used on the package. Thus this so-called 'confirmation' proves very little.
