Am I The Only One Who Feels Betrayed…

Am I the only one who feels betrayed after being a loyal customer for over a year? You say you want to make sure your customers are happy. So why did you raise my price by $105? Because that's an odd way to keep people happy. I can see bringing new customers in a higher price. But to charge your loyal, long time customers this much more without even offering us a discount of any kind is not right, it's not fair, and it's just bad business. How quickly some people forget that if not for us, you wouldn't even have a business to raise prices with. Apparently, you think a slap in the face is the best way of saying thank you for your existence.

Customer For Life

I've ordered four times from June - September and I will continue to order from these good people for as long as I need their products which I suspect will be a long time.

They go out of their way to get back to me when I have a question and they always deliver the best quality products available.

They're always very fast about it they don't play games.

So if you're looking for a seller that has the buyer's best interest at hand these are the folks.

The Gal Who Sounded Like She Had Better Things to Do.

The gal who talked with me kind of acted like she didn't really want to be talking to anybody. So it seemed like she wanted to go home but she helped me with everything that I needed she just didn't act like she was happy doing it. That's the kind of thing that makes you not want to go back. I don't know how to change it or how you would change it. I guess you'd have to listen to her recordings of her calls and then you can see cuz I'm sure she didn't just have that attitude with me. I'm usually pretty nice on the phone people tell me I have a nice voice and I'm very laid back and easy going when I'm talking to somebody on the phone. And I'm sure I was then too in fact I know I was she sounded pretty hot so I wanted to impress her so I was very calm cool and my demeanor was very laid back.

If PILL=Strike and 1/2 PILL=Dose, Would The Umpire Say, "Dose 6, YOU'RE OUT!"

2 stars for getting me the pill so fast. I say the "pill" because there was only 1.

When I was shopping on your website however, the term doses or "four doses" came up and I thought it meant I would be buying "four pills" for the listed price.

If my regular pharmacist sent my medication (blood pressure, cholesterol, arthritis, etc.) and he typed the instructions on the bottle to say, "TAKE 2 DOSES 3 TIMES A DAY", I would obviously think I needed to take 2 pills 3 times a day.

Then 8 months later when I went in for a blood panel and found out I had chronic kidney disease from taking too much medication, I would naturally be upset that my doctor over prescribed my medication.

I wouldn't be able to stay mad at my doctor for long though. When I told him I was taking 2 pills 3 times a day just like he had instructed, he would then say,

"But Don, I never told you to take 2 PILLS 3X a day, I told you to take 2 DOSES 3X a day. That means you need to CUT THE PILLS IN HALF and only take HALF a pill 3X a day, not TWO pills 3X a day! Didn't you get your pill cutter with instructions?"

Boy would I feel like a dummy and I would have no one to blame my failing kidney on but MYSELF.

Kidding aside folks, am I just a silly dope for thinking 2 doses meant 2 pills???

***I DID INCREASE MY RATING from 2 stars to 3 because once I figured out I was paying 4 times more than I thought I was for generic Cialis, I returned my one pill, unopened and I received my full refund the same day my return was received.
