I have recently received a “report” from adjudicator MANKEERAT MANN who admitted receiving my paperwork but has ignored it all and sided with abusive council. I told all my sufferings plus sent photo evidence of what sleep deprivation has done to me. Nada. No guidance as their website says, no “be fair” or “put things right” as their website says, just discrimination and more abuse.
If I ever get this plumber fault sorted (Court order may be only hope re, the new HOMES ACT 2019) I will expose these lying toads, either in the mainstream press or by my own. My work has been prevented as I’ve had to turn down offers as I’m damaged in the brain, no learning thinking or anything possible any more.
Housing ombudsman are a bunch of abusers just like the council. Sadly the system has you use them, but you have powers too, take the useless investigator to court, and no you don’t need a solicitor. The court will guide you so take these abusers to court! Regards, an alpha.
