Mrs Hindsight!

Bought door for DIY installation in June 2025. Fairly straight forward to install if you're good at DIY and I was happy with the quality of the RD77 door. Everything worked perfectly for around 4 months when a fault developed.
Got in touch with Rollerdor and explained the issue. They wanted £150 call out charge to send an engineer. ONLY PARTS ARE COVERED BY THEIR 2 YEAR WARRANTY!!!!
To be fair it does state this on the website but no mention of the call out charge.
"For our DIY Roller Garage Doors, Rollerdor Ltd offers that for a period of two years parts will be covered from your product’s delivery, should it prove to be defective due to workmanship."

This is a very very very heavy mattress which will be difficult to rotate when required. Although I knew the depth when I purchased, it makes the bed too high. First night on it and I was tossing and turning all night, just couldn’t get comfortable and woke up with aches and pains I’d never previously had. I seem to be getting used to it as time passes but I wish I had paid a bit more and bought it from the Silentnight website so I could take advantage of the 60 day trial period but unfortunately during the lockdown, they weren’t delivering.
