Bad experience overall. Bought a bass guitar which paint came off very easily, obviously defective- was refused a return. Their 30 day money back guarantee is a scam! Watch out, I would advise to buy from a more reputable music dealer who don’t try and cheat their customers. In addition, delivery was slow and customer service were slow to reply, but this may be cause of the current situation.

Bought a bass guitar which was faulty, paint chipped and they refused to let me return it even though they have a 30 day money back guarantee. Customer service is not great, won’t be ordering from here again. Be warned! I would advise to shop at a more reputable music store.
