Shocking customer service. Arrived at a run down dirty site in our motorhome and we were directed to our designated pitch. Someone was on it. Directed to another which was sloping and had no electric hook up, which we had paid for. The touring pitch was chaos with people just setting up where they felt like, and the management had no control over it. We decided this was unacceptable and asked for a refund, as we were going to sleep somewhere else. Added to this there was no access to the swimming pool and the information in the site booklet was incorrect. You had to book a swim days in advance. The booklet said the last session was 3.15 but the management of the camp said it was open later, but who's to know if you're told wrong. We then waited 5 days for someone to ring us back and all they would offer us is holiday vouchers, not our money back despite the pitch not being at all as described. We would not use Parkdene holidays again.

Great product, good price and delivered quickly, only downside was it was delivered by Evri who delivered to the wrong house and said they had delivered to ours so I had to go knocking round the neighbours houses to find my parcel.
